Field of research

I am senior research engineer in Digital Humanities with a PhD in Computer Science. My research interests concern the development and use of natural language processing and information extraction methods as well as data visualisation techniques for the humanities and the social sciences. At the moment, my work deals with the annotation of named entities in literary and historical texts, digitisation and information extraction from modern historical sources, and the exploratory analysis of these datasets through data visualization.
